Rise Question

I am trying to create a training that a quiz is first. If the learner passes the quiz on the first attempt they are exempt from having to take the rest of the training. If the learner doesn't pass the quiz on the first attempt they need to take the rest of the training and the final quiz. Is there a way to do this in Rise360 or will I have to recreate it all in Storyline?

    Storyline is set up to allow a pre-test. There's not a reliable way to use a pre-test in a Rise course. 

    There is another option for Rise, but it depends on what your LMS can do. 

    • Create the pre-test in a separate Rise course. 
    • Have the LMS folks put the course with the pre-test and the course with the content into a "curriculum" (or whatever term the LMS uses for a set of courses). 
    • Adjust the settings so the user has to pass one of the courses.
    • Also adjust the settings so the user can't retake the pre-test. (If that's not possible via the LMS, create the pre-test in Storyline, and publish it with the Always Resume setting to prevent the user from retaking the quiz.)
