Hi JC,
Unfortunately, you can only add up to 3 responses per question in a Rise scenario. https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-360-How-to-Use-Scenario-Blocks

Thanks Holley. I had checked that article, but I didn't find a mention of the total number of responses allowed.

You're welcome :) Yes it's a little hidden in there. You'll find the limit on point #2 under the "Editing Dialogue Content" sub-heading:

I guess I was reading a little too fast! Thanks again!

In my scenario I need to have more than three possible responses. Is there any reason for the limit? It's very frustrating to find such arbitrary rules imposed on the e-learning developer.
Thanks for letting us know you need more than three possible responses, Arek. We appreciate your feedback!

Don't just appreciate the feedback, give paying users the option to add 2-5 options. This is so frustrating. Especially when trying to create 4-5 options for sexual harassment reporting.

i really like the scenario but i agree with JC and Arek more options would be very helpful.

I agree with the rest that 3 responses is really limited. Otherwise, i would admit that the scenario is a great feature added to RISE.

Yes, I agree with all users here. I'm guessing the limit has something to do with the dynamic design and being able to view on any device (which is fantastic!). But three options is really very limiting. I was going to use the scenario as a fun way to go through interviewing techniques for a programmer to find out what they need to design a specific type of system, but I have two questions that require 4 options and one that requires 5... so this interactive type is no longer an option.

I agree as well, I've already run into the limitation of 200 characters for the question (a real issue when describing complex medical scenarios) and now it looks like I'll have to abandon using scenarios completely as there are always a lot of wrong (try again) answers for any medical scenario!

Agree- for our users that are all on computers with fairly hi res (and are doing complex medical scenarios) more characters would mean we don't have to dumb the scenario down to fit the character limit!

Exactly right on character limitation to 200 and responses. Four responses is a minimum.
