SAP SuccessFactors SCORM 2004

Hi all,

When we upload a Storyline 360 SCORM 2004 module in SAP SuccessFactors Learning 3 additional are shown in the right had corner of my screen (see attachment).

When a user clicks on a tab its reponse is not what we want. When a user clicks on one of the tabs the module will close and SuccessFactors marks is as Completed.

According to SAP it is a standard SCORM 2004 feature, but when I open the module in the SCORM Cloud the tabs donot appear.

Has anyone the same problem and maybe a solution?

    Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the course not playing as expected when published for LMS or in SCORM Cloud. First, I'd like to confirm the expected response when the user selects one of the tabs.

    If you're comfortable sharing your file here, I'd be happy to take a closer look. Hopefully, others in the community have experience with SuccessFactors as well!
