scaling storyline files up

Hi all.

I have an old Storyline file that is 720 x 405 in terms of dimensions.

If I wanted to scale this up to 960 x 540, is there a way to do this do that everything is still in the same proportions if you see what I mean? For example, a title at the top of the screen that is 1/10th the size of the screen that stays that way once the storyline file has been scaled bigger and does not look smaller in relation to the rest of the screen, let's say 1/16th the size. The same goes for images.

Ideally I am looking for a solution as in Illustrator when you scale a design up and it scales proportionately.
