Screen reader reads text line by line, not by paragraph

Hi,

I'm using NVDA to check the text using browse mode by up/down arrow in storyline. Screen is reading the text line by line not as paragraph. Could you share more information on how to adjust it.

    Happy to help!

    By default, the NVDA screen reader can dictate a maximum of 250 characters at a time. After that, the learner must use the DOWN ARROW key to switch focus, so NVDA can announce the next line item from a paragraph. First, I suggest checking the Browse settings, to see if the character limit has been reduced.

    You can access these settings by right-clicking the NVDA icon from the toolbar, then navigating to Preferences > Settings > Browse Mode.
