Setting a Text Box as a Variable to Use Multiple Times
Hello! I have a project that has about 7 different text fields that, but are used about 12 times EACH. I need to be able to update the project a few times a year. It's easier for me to update those 7 text boxes in one hidden area than 12x7 areas. I'm hoping I can use variables (or something) to do this and just have these 7 text boxes living on hidden slides only I can access when updating the project...but I just cannot figure out how to do variables through a text box that I manage myself. Any ideas on how to do that, or something else that will work for this project? Thank you.
Here's a way you might start. As you can see, you need to be pretty careful about the length of the text from update to update and the settings of the textboxes.
