Share a Storyline Project
How do I send an entire Storyline project to a colleague who also has Storyline but is not part of my "Team" (Teams slides is not an option)? I want to essentially "give" them my project and they can edit it and publish it to their LMS.
Then, when they receive the project and all the various files, which file do they click on to open it on their computer?

Hi, Linda,
You just need to transfer the .story file to them. That could be done via emailing it (if it's small enough). Otherwise, use something like SharePoint (if you both have access), DropBox, or similar file-sharing software.
After they get the .story file on their computer, they'll be about to open it just like any other Storyline file.
- Note: If the file attaches to PDFs or other files on your computer, it's best to transfer those, too. And I'd recommend that the colleague re-attach the files to the copies on their computer. That just ensures the program will publish the correct file.
