Sharing Courses to Collaborate
Is there a way for all team members to share all projects we are building in Rise without having to “share” with everyone from each individual course?
Hi Rosa,
Unfortunately there isn't a way to easily make all team members collaborators on all Rise courses.
The only option is to manually add each team member as a collaborator to every course.

Hi. I'm wanting to share a course with another company but it needs to be edible so they can amend it. I don't want them to be able to amend my version though. Is this possible? Thanks

From this article here it sounds like sending a copy it the best way to go as their changes won't affect your course. Hope that helps!

Yes they will be able to edit their copy.
