Sharing File with Rise 360
To quote a song 'I need a Hero!'
I have just been asked to share a Rise file with a client and received an error message stating that my account is registered with the US data centre, while the client's account is registered with the EU centre, and Articluate does not currently support the data transfer between centres. I have spoken to Articulate support, and while they were quick to reply as usual, they couldn't offer any suggestions apart from re-registering with the EU data centre and manually recreating all my content (not a practical solution for me).
So, Heroes - is there a workaround anyone has found to let me share Rise files with another user with an account registered in another data centre?
I know this is going to impact my future work with this client, so any help would be appreciated.
TIA
Michael

I know of no way to achieve this, my first solution would be to open a support case.

I couldn't see any way around it - I did open a ticket, and they don't currently support any migration. I would have to create a new subscription and recreate all the content, which isn't viable. But thanks for responding.
