Sharing Rise courses via Share Link
I have noticed that people in my department are having issues sharing the Share Links to preview courses. The link will typically display blank. We instead have been using only the review links, but I was curious if this was a feature that is going away or just has a bug right now?

We've never had problems with the SHARE link resulting in a blank page.
Hi Emily! So sorry to hear that when you click on Share in your Rise course, the link displays blank. I just tested it, and mine displays a link.
- Can you share a screenshot of how the share link looks like on your end? (If you want to share it privately, you can open a case with us here.)
- Are you all connected to the same company network?
- Please try to go into Incognito mode (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) and then access Rise. Does the issue persist?
