I've just found the answer. I was running a course in Absorb Academy and it was identical. Its been generated using Absorb Create.
I don't think this is related to the Storyline environment. It looks more like a custom menu integrated into an LMS.
I remember posting a solution on how to replace the default tick mark in Storyline using JavaScript. If you're interested, I can try to find my post and provide more details.
