Sliders in Storyline

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone can help me!

I need to recreate an interaction where there is a slider, and when touched it 'uncovers' the text box underneath.

I could do this as a layer, or have the text box as another state, but I really like the way it uncovers as you drag the arrow.

Although I'm pretty good on Storyline, I have to say I'm yet to get my head around variables!

Below is a screen recording (in Review) of what I need to duplicate - I really like how you can click the arrow and it moves, or you can drag it across :)
