Hi
My preview option is not working in storyline 2. Any support ?

Adobe disabled the Flash Player in December 2021, meaning certain features like Previewing won't work in Storyline 2 because Storyline 2 relies on Flash to run. You can read more about how the end of Flash affects our legacy apps here.
We recommend upgrading to Storyline 360, which doesn't use Flash to run. As for your projects, you could open them in Storyline 360 to continue editing and publishing.
