Storyline 360 - Tabbing and Arrows Not Working

I just wanted to verify if others in this community are experiencing the same issue I am with keyboard tabbing:

(1) Unable to tab or use arrows to navigate Storyline menu/ Toc.
UPDATE - I was able to get this to work after I submitted this.

(2) Unable to tab or use arrows to navigate custom radial buttons for MC questions.

Thanks in advance for ANY help or experience you may have with these two items.
