Storyline 360 vs Evolve

Hi folks, I’m well versed in everything Articulate but I have a prospective vendor who is using Evolve as their main eLearn authoring tool. I’m wondering if any of you content designers out there have experience with both and could offer some insights in terms of comparisons between the too?

I guess I’m interested in comparison from both a content development and learner/user point of view. Thanks!
