Storyline and Reach 360

Hi all,

We have recently started to use Reach 360 to assess our students' knowledge. We have made a Storyline project with survey questions (essay) and 5 000 characters. When we view the reports in Reach 360, the answer does not include line spacing, line shift etc.

Anybody who knows how we can fix that?
