Storyline block will not load on ipad

Hi,

 

I am currently trying to create a logbook to track activity. As Rise does not offer that much reporting, I am using microsoft forms embedded within a storyline block as a web object to capture information.

 

It works great on a laptop or computer, but for some reason when I load it on an ipad or mobile device, it just shows a blank white block, and the forms webpage doesn't load.

 

Is this a known issue with storyline blocks loading on mobile devices? Or would it be because it is a webobject? Any advice would be really appreciated.
