Storyline doesn't respond

Hello, 

since I could not solve my problem by searching the forum, I am writing this post. Recently storyline stopped working, as soon as I want to edit something, an error message occurs that it does not respond. Is there any connection with Office 365, which I recently installed? Could this be the reason why it no longer works?

    Hi Maria, 

    thank you very much for your reply.
    I already tried to fix the problem by reinstalling Storyline, unfortunately the error message still occurs.
