Storyline not publishing to Word
Hi, I have emailed support on this over a month ago but haven't got a response yet. I am unable to export (publish) to Word as it keeps coming up with an error screen (with option to Submit) - again no response from this either.
Can someone help please? Thanks

Are you working from a local drive or network drive?
Have you tried doing a repair of storyline?

I have not tried the repair in storyline, will try that and let you know.
ok the repair feature seems tricky as i don't have admin access to reinstall so this is probably not the best route to fix it.
