Storyline Project Sound not Working in Rise

Hi. I created a project in storyline that has two slides.  I used the AI text-to-speech on both slides.  It works perfectly in storyline when I publish it and when I preview it. When I put it in my rise course, using the storyline block, it no longer plays sound. 

 

I have cleared my cache, cookies, etc.  I have tried to edit the sound in storyline.  I have used a different browser.  I feel like I have done everything possible to make this work yet it does not.  How can I fix this?
