Storyline Publishing to Review Failing
My team and I have been trying to publish several Storyline files to Review today, but we keep encountering an error. We’ve already gone through the troubleshooting steps provided by Articulate for common publishing failures, but none of them seem to apply to our situation.
We didn’t see any reported issues on the Articulate Status page, so we wanted to check in here to see:
- Is anyone else experiencing this issue today?
- Has anyone found a workaround or solution?
This is time-sensitive, as we need to publish to Review in order to import the Storyline block into Rise. If this isn’t resolved soon, we’re at risk of falling behind on our project timeline.

I recently had an error when trying to publish to Review. I fixed it and perhaps this will work for you, too:
- Launch the Articulate 360 program on your computer. (Not Storyline)
- Sign out.
- Sign back in
- Go back into Storyline and attempt to republish.

Hi Kendal,
Thank you for the pointers -- unfortunately, didn't solve the issue. After some sleuthing, I suspect that one of the ports on my company's network is blocked (443). I had them unblock it previously, but guessing a system update may have reversed that.
