Storyline vs Rise 360 - option is not available
In the storyline, we have an option when the video is playing, we can see the "notes" or "transcripts" section. This option is useful for the deaf learners, they can simply click the play button and watch the notes/transcripts to know what the instructor has spoken about in the video. (attached image 1)
In Rise 360, I explored all the options. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to play video, and notes/transcripts should display on the same screen. We just have the "IMAGE & TEXT" option only. articulate Team, is there any way, instead of an image, we can upload a video option? (Attaching image 2 FYNA, please.)
Looking forward to your response/solution, please.
Thank you & have a great day ahead!

You should have an option to add subtitles to Rise courses:
I think you have to add them after though, unless they're coded directly in the video. you can even add several caption files to a single video, if you want different languages, for example...just note that they have to be in VTT:
Start typing the language in the 'Search for a language' field, then select it from the list, then you can select your vtt files

You could also add the video transcript in an Accordion block beneath the video.

Hi Nate & Elizabeth,
Thank you both for your valuable time spent on this.
To answer Nate, I confirm we are using that option for the subtitles of around 14 languages we are uploading.
To answer Elizabeth, yes, as recommended, I already tried that option too. What exactly do I want my output to be, as the video should play on the screen at the same time without moving (i.e., on the same screen parallelly), I should be able to see the whole script/notes.
When I explored all the options, exactly the requirements that meet for me "Image with Text," I want that option to be "Video with Text." Is that possible? Please advise.
If that is not possible, could you please suggest this recommendation to the specific team?
If you have any further concerns or questions, please post your response. I am happy to explain.
Thank you & have a fabulous day!
