Storyline360 block not loading in Rise
I am trying to add a Storyline 360 interaction from Review360 into my Rise project. It continues to show "processing course" a full day later- how long can this take? I have tried canceling and trying again, and the same thing happens.

It should happen very quickly. For me it takes less than a minute.
That is usually the case for me too. Is it possible the file is too big?
