Stuck on OK button prompt in preview

Hi,

using the x64 storyline I got this error popup.  

I click ok and it disappears for under a second then reappears. 

It wants me to click ok again.

Then it repeats and can't get out of OK

Closed storyline which prompted me to save which was great.

Working fine again so don't know what the cause was.

    Hi Bill,

    I'm happy to help! These are the possible conditions that would make this warning appear:

    1. You've previewed a single slide.
    2. There is a Jump to another slide trigger in the slide you've previewed.

    Can you confirm if both these conditions are present? If the issue persists, I'd be happy to look at your Storyline file and how the triggers are set up. You may share it here or privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done!
