Summary Page after Quiz

Hi all, I am struggling on how to access a summary page in my Rise 360 project that is immediately after a 10 question quiz.  Ideally I would like to be able have a "Continue" button after the passing percent circular arrow has appeared.

Is there a way to do this??

    When you add a Lesson after the Quiz, Rise will automatically add a Continue button at the end of the Quiz. And if the Quiz Settings require passing to continue, that button will be locked until the user passes the quiz.
