Timer wont turn off

I am working on an E-Learning in Storyline 360 and I have turned off the trigger for when the timeline ends on the slide and when I preview the course the timer is still on. I tried searching the forums but there was no mention on how to truly turn it off. Please help.

    Nicole,

    If possible, share your .story file. That will ensure someone can provide you with assistance on this. There are many different ways to create timers in Storyline, so being able to see what you have in place will help.

    Have you given unchecking the timer a shot? You can try doing that in the results slide settings and then restart it. It worked for me, so it might work for you too.
