Try me mode Word document editing

Has anyone used Try Me Mode while editing a Word document? We use letter templates in Word and would like users to practice making selections from embedded dropdown menus and editing specific paragraphs. Both times I have made a recording, any text I delete or change goes to a blank screen. Not sure if I'm missing something. I'm new to Articulate, but enjoy the Try Me Mode feature! Thank you!
