Unable to publish to review 360
Why might the option to publish to Review 360 disappear from my options? See attached image.

Hi RachaelLundin-1,
Thanks for reaching out!
That's certainly not expected behavior. Does this happen with a brand new file or with multiple files? You can try importing your slides into a new Storyline file, save locally, and then bring up the publishing window. If Review 360 is missing from all files, you can try a Storyline repair. Please let us know if that doesn't do the trick!

It was happening on all my courses, but then I tried the age-old magic trick of restarting, and that resolved it.
Thanks for following up!
Glad to hear restarting your system helped to correct the issue. If you run into this setback again, please let us know.
Have a great rest of your week!

Hi all, this exact same issue is happening for multiple users in my team and it's sporadic. Sometimes the option to publish to review 360 is there, but more often that not, it's not available.
Sorry to hear you and your team are having trouble publishing to Review 360!
I noticed you've been working with my teammate Lejan, through a support case. I see that he just replied to your e-mail with insight and suggestions. As he shared:
It looks like the Articulate endpoints responsible for those with errors are not allowed in your network. Kindly ask your network admin to open port 443 and add the domains in the following article to your organization's allowlist for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.
If, after that, the option to publish to Review is still not showing up, please try importing the slides into a new project and let me know if that resolves it.
If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to reconnect with Lejan through your case!
