Unstable AI
May I know why it keeps happening? Sometimes it will work, and sometimes it doesn't. Is it normal? This hurt the momentum of working. Last time I had to regenerate the entire course, and this time I already had to reload many times. Can anyone let me know which setting I need to configure for a smoother AI experience? THanks a lot

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you are receiving an intermittent error message when working with AI audio in Rise 360.
- What voice are you selecting? Do you notice this behavior if you select a different voice?
- Is this happening when working in an incognito window or a different browser?
As a first step, I recommend checking that your Network Endpoints are configured correctly and that you are using the latest version of our supported browsers.
