URL/file trigger not working properly

I am trying to find out if there is a way to reset functions in Articulate 360.  When I try to jump to open a URL/file, I no longer have the option of selecting if I want to open a file or open a url.  it seems to be stuck and will only go straight to a file folder.  This also caused it to not open properly once published.  Can anyone offer assistance on how to get the options back?

    can you share the .story file or even just the slide with the trigger on it so we can take a look at what's happening.
