Video in webbased course
Hello, I have inserted a storyline screencast with voice in a rise course. This course has been published as web course. The course contains several screencasts. All but one work - one does not. I have also published the course via LMS - there we don´t have problems. Any ideas why one screencast should not work?

It's interesting that the screencast plays within the LMS, but not when published to the web.
- What do you see instead of the video? Example, error message, blank screen, etc.
- Is there something that differentiates this screencast from the others that work?
- Recorded differently, length, how it was saved?
- Have you tried viewing the course in a different browser?
