Voiceover Works, But Background Audio Missing After Publish - Storyline
Has anyone experienced an issue with background audio not playing after publishing a project as a video?
In my project, I have voice-over audio (Audio 1) on every single slide, and I’ve also set up a playlist for background music intended to play throughout the entire project. The voice-over works perfectly in the final video, but the background music is completely missing once it's published.
Has anyone else run into this issue? How did you resolve it? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the background audio in your published Storyline video. I tested the attached Storyline file by publishing it to video, and could hear the background audio.
If you're already working from your local drive, I recommend trying these steps to fix possible installation issues that may be causing the audio to be missing.
