Why is a blank header page showing in the shared, Microlearning Rise course?

We have a microlearning course in Rise that displays a blank header page when shared. However, the blank header pages do not show when we preview them.

Update: The blank header page only occurs when we share the course using the new Publish > Quick Care tool.
