Widescreen template not matching storyline widescreen

I am trying to use a company PPT template but it is not coming over with the same dimensions when I import them.  The company PPT is set as widescreen 16:9 and when I choose the same for storyline, it doesn't look the same.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong or how to fix things.
