WorkDay Implementation & Rise 360

Has anyone gone through the WorkDay implantation process with creating training via Articulate (mostly Rise 360) to send to end users to prepare them for Workday?  Can anyone share any templates they used in their system to stay consistent with overall look/feel?  We plan on making ours corporate, but I think we also need to include the WorkDay logo/colors somewhere.  Any and all advice on implementing WorkDay would be helpful!!

For now we are keeping our current LMS with no plans to change to WorkDay LMS.

    Hi HalleyBox,

    We recently created Workday training in Rise 360 and found that using a branded course template helped a lot. We kept our company’s look and feel but added subtle Workday colors/logos for recognition. Each module followed the same structure — intro, short demos, quick checks, and resources — to stay consistent.

    If you can, partner with your comms or change team early for branding and messaging alignment. A quick pilot with a few users also helps fine-tune tone and visuals before launch.

    Rise 360 works great for this — best of luck with your rollout!
