Zoom with Freeform Text-Entry Interaction Intact
Storyline newbie and I'm not seeing any discussion on this question on e-learning heroes. Any help is appreciated!
I'm creating a virtual escape room with a software simulation built in. Part of that simulation is using the program's search fields appropriately. Unfortunately, I cannot share due to proprietary content. I was using one freeform text entry over the main search field they are supposed to use, so that I can verify the entry as correct before they can move on. However, when I preview the slide, the program/software screen capture is difficult to read. I was wondering if I can use the zoom feature and still keep the text-entry field interaction intact? If not, does anyone have other ideas/options?
Try it. It should work. If you want it to zoom and stay there, you can add some sort of trigger to pause the timeline. And then resume the timeline after the text has been entered to have it zoom out.
