Formatting Rise Knowledge Check Feedback

Hello! Is there a way for me to modify the formatting of the feedback in a knowledge check? For example, could I add a bullet list to the feedback? Could I change the default centering of the feedback to flush left? Thanks in advance!

  • Hi KarinRex Yes! You can certainly do both of those things. In the Edit Knowledge Check window, with the feedback text selected, the formatting options toolbar will display. With that you can adjust the alignment and add bullets. You can also add a bulleted list by starting a new line and selecting the + button that displays. Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions!

It must have been a weird glitch...those tools were not showing up for me when I selected the feedback text. Since restarting, I now see them.

(Honestly, I thought I was losing my mind.)
