How to set up spaced learning for e-learning

Hi there! I've read a lot about spaced learning, and I'm all in - but I'm at a loss on how to actually do it. 

I typically use Rise with some Storyline blocks embedded. I'm hoping to make multiple scenarios and space them out, but I don't know how to actually do this. I'm thinking the learner would be able to do a max of 2-3 per day, then it would be "locked" for 24 hours until they can do more. I don't know how that would be feasible, so I'm open to creating multiple microlearnings where they automatically get assigned the next one 24 hours after completing the previous one.

Is this possible with Storyline? Or is this something that needs to be set up using the LMS? (We use Absorb).
