Localization News!
I was so exited about this. It sounds and looks very promising. Sadly the pricing is 10x (sic) as high as I expected. With the current pricing model this is only of interest for very big projects (a lot of slides and large target gorup). All of the smaller projects (lower number of slides and or a smaller target group) e.g. for the colleagues in production cannot profit from this as it would be much to expensive in comparison to manual translation (collagues, deepl or translation office). I was expeciting something different.
Hi AndreasMetzmann , can you share the localization pricing info with the community? So not everyone has to ask for it ...

I love transparency however I only have the german pricing and I am not sure that this is public information. Let me just say that it is a three three digit value per translation.

I was quoted $7000 for the cheapest option, which allows for 25 translations but which does not include all the features.(Crazy, right?). And$11,000 if I want all the features included.

SusanLoubser out of curiosity, may I ask if that's the price you were quoted for a yearly subscription? We haven't looked at prices yet, I had no idea it would be that expensive!

In my opinion even price reductions in the range of 25% would not really change the business case. In the end these are still AI translations that cost subcent prices and a nice program with cool functionality (in the higher tier option) that articulate has build around it. I would prefer this to be part of the AI license which is already more expensive and should help cover the development cost. At least the pricing should drop to two digit prices. Articulate could earn much more through the volume.

I just got the same price. These prices should be transparent as part of the offer for the free localization trial.
