Hello,
There used to be a place within this community where we could download "off the shelf" courses of various topics. In that area, you had the option to download a template for a topic, or you could download a course. I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know where I can find that? I found it to be a great resource to not have to start from scratch on certain topics.

The "real content" templates are available in Rise.
Access them by clicking +Create New > Course > Course Template.
That will open the page with the available courses.
