Using the Audio Multimedia lesson block.

Good morning,

I am developing a microlearning in Rise.  Part of the design is to add audio.  I've created my mp3 files and uploaded them to the course. However, when I preview and test the audio, on some of the audio it's not starting from the very beginning.  When I plan the files on the local drive of my computer the files plays exactly the way it was recorded.  Somehow in the Rise course some  mp3 files sound like the conversation is picking up in the middle.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
