EricSantos​ This a great tool and saves a few steps from what is being done now. A few suggestions:
- Shared Image Library: Users can upload the images from the source content to a shared library where other users have access. This saves people from having to upload the same content to get the same images for the same course.
- Source Content Library: Along the same lines as a shared image library, maybe a subset of it?? Users can upload source content outside of a course and it can be used in multiple courses.
- Web Page Import: Allow this tool to pull from a webpage. For example, we publish tip sheets and other assets to an internal website. If we could extract images from there, it would be very helpful. A workaround is having to export to a PDF and then import to the Rise course.
- Rename Imported Image: Either pull in the name of the image file or allow users to change the image name.
- Imported Image Indicator: Possibly add an icon or some other notification that the image is already imported into the course.
