Magic Quiz Import - into banks?

I have had much success using the magic quiz import. As long as I upload a properly formatted word doc it works very well. I can even get AI to format the doc for me correctly from a raggedy excel sheet. The only downside is I can't get fancy and add images or reformat in bulk

I would like to know if this feature can be made available to the Question Banks.  Otherwise, I have to upload 40 questions and then go to each question individually to add to a question bank. I would think it's the exact same process just in a bank instead of quiz.
