I'm using a Container, and the first of 3 columns worked correctly, but when I add text to the second column, it centers it in the middle of the block, and I can't fix it. I've tried to change the position and the padding, but it's stuck in the middle.

You should be able to adjust this by selecting the container that holds the text, rather than the text itself. Then, open Position and use the Align and justify content setting to choose where you’d like the text positioned within that container.
Give that a try and let us know if the text is still stuck in the center!
