A Partial Deck
I added some requirements to the Training Deck prompt of Nova and found the results solid:
It utilizes the brand guideline and seems to understand the ask well enough. Technically I'd asked Nova for a template and what it gave was more finished than that, but that may just highlight a mismatch between how I used it versus how it's intended to be used.
In that same vein, I was disappointed to see I couldn't publish/export the output as an actual PowerPoint-compatible slide deck. It was the entire reason I'd been interested in the feature. When the ability to generate training decks was shown in promotional material, I assumed every time it was as a generator of .ppt files. That may be a future feature but it's not a feature yet, so ironically the intended audience of this online deck (onboarding facilitators across multiple sites) will not be able to customize and use it.

It’s helpful to hear that Nova followed your brand guidelines and produced something that generally matched what you were looking for. Your point about asking for a template and getting something closer to a finished deck is useful context too.
I also understand your disappoint being unable to export a training deck as a PowerPoint-compatible slide deck. I'd love to learn more about your workflow. Is this something that would prevent you from using training decks moving forward? While I can’t promise if or when a feature will be added, I’ll make sure your feedback is documented with the context you’ve shared.

I would probably use it less often, yes. The facilitator audience I was pursuing this for would not themselves have access to 360. The template is necessary so they can still add in information specific to their location.
I can see the current method being useful for specific cases.
