Avatar Scenarios: A 'real feel' for 'real deal'.

I've shared this one in another discussion, but thought I would re-share here. I created a discussion between characters about a court records request. Sometimes, our patrons may not understand that court personnel, while trying to help, have their hands tied a bit. I wanted viewers to see how that interaction might work. I had the male patron be frustrated so that new and existing staff get a 'real feel' for 'real deal'. I also portray the clerk to be civil but serious and really trying to explain about what can and cannot be released. I love the AI avatars, and I've had good feedback from others that it helps add some realism (ironically!) to the training. Sometimes I've had to go back because the AI character has a weird look as the video cuts off, but I'm a fan.
