Civility

I have been working on a course about civility in the workplace. I wanted to open with an AI Avatar of one of our leaders, who would open the course. The first few tries included employees behind her who were all lip syncing the same message. I had to start over several times. I find that if you ask the AI to make changes once the first avatar scene is created, it diminishes the quality of the original image it renders. The face of the Avatar starts to get blurry and their eyes get smudged. It took a few tries and credits to get it to this point.
