This is really great and thank you for sharing. When I open the file up, I'm noticing a couple of triggers that refer to changing the state of something to All but the target is showing 'unassigned'. Could you clarify what this refers to? I'm seeing it in the Step 4 and Summary layers.
"Change state of unassigned to All When the timeline starts" on the Summary layer
"Change state of unassigned to All When the timeline ends" on layer 4

Rob.- Hi Rob. Thanks for your comment. You've actually stumbled upon the relics of a more complicated version of this project! I originally played around with a design for this project that included a fancy, animated progress meter. I got it working but when I shared it with colleagues, they thought it might be a little much. I ended up taking it out to try and make this download a little more accessible for folks who may be newer to Storyline. You can feel free to remove those triggers...or get fancy if you're so inclined!
