Taking crisp, clear screenshots is fairly easy using a tool like Snagit. I have even been able to take very clear screen shots using the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows. You just have to be very careful and capture only the area of the window that you really need, rather than the whole thing. If you do need a whole form like the one in this tutorial, you can screen shot the form in sections and then piece it together using GIMP or Photoshop.
