I'm guessing that those asking about it not scrolling are trying to scroll using a scroll wheel on a mouse or two finger drag on a trackpad, as most of us do on "one-page, hero image" websites. This appears to only work by dragging the scroll "thumb" on the right, which may not be intuitive for people reading the word "scroll." If the only way to scroll is to drag that, I'd alter the written directions to more explicitly say "drag here to scroll down" or the like.
Not for me. In Chrome, no matter where I clicked and dragged, the demo wouldn't scroll. In IE, it worked perfectly. Thanks for this!!

I have been testing it out on chrome it works fine here. I'll double check it once again!
